Subscription TermsTimeAlly offers monthly and yearly subscription options, both of which include a 7-day free trial. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Pricing
Monthly Subscription: [Price] per monthYearly Subscription: [Price] per year
2. Free Trial
Each subscription plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the free trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.
3. Payment
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Renewal
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same cost as the original subscription (monthly or yearly). You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings in the App Store. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your subscription.
6. Refunds
All charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

TimeAlly is designed to help you improve your productivity by using the Pomodoro Technique and blocking distracting apps through Family Controls and Screen Time API. However, the effectiveness of these methods may vary from user to user. We do not guarantee any specific results. Use the app responsibly and consult a professional if you experience any negative effects.
